Our responsibilities
As supplier, we have an obligation to offer our clients high-quality goods and services at fair prices.
As a conscientious provider of hemp and associated goods, we recognize the importance of confidentiality of consumer information.
Our transactions and services are done with utmost care so that nothing traces back to the clients.
We will reply to all emails sent to us within 24 hours. Emails sent to us on Sundays will be reply on Mondays.
Whenever we receive order, we will sent a confirmation email to the customer to let him/her know we have received the order.
It is our responsibility to dispatch or ship out all paid orders and its also our duty to sent tracking details to the customers.
In case, of any dissatisfaction or claim for refund, we are responsible to issue refunds
The customers' responsibilities
Customers are responsible to provide us with correct and only adequate information when placing an order.
The clients are responsible to pay for the orders they place.
It is the customers responsibility to confirm with us if they have or have not received their tracking details.
In case of any dissatisfaction, the customer is obliged to inform us about it.
