When you place an order, you will receive an email about your order. We will also send you a confirmation email about your order. Tracking and shipping details will be email to you once we dispatch or ship out your order. You will receive these details within 24 hours after payment has been received and confirmed. Below are the shipping methods we offer

Express: This takes 24 to 48 hours and costs €20
Express free: This takes also 24 to 48 hours but costs €0. However, it is applicable only for orders from €300 and above.
Free: This takes 7 days and it is free.
Next day: Orders are delivered the next day. Orders must be paid for before noon (12:00) so that we can dispatch it out the same day.
Normal: It takes 2 to 5 days and costs €10

We will also ensure that the courier or shipping company also email you the tracking details from their own end so you have accurate progress of your order. All orders are only dispatch or shipped out after payment for the order has been received and confirmed.
